Casa nella natura a Nerja / Maro

Our overall experience gives rise to mixed feelings. On the one hand the little house is spacious and has all the facilities you expect and beautiful views. And I believe for spring or summertime our rating would probably be much higher. Unfortunately we visited and booked this nature house in winter (January) and thought the pool and horses would be nice for the children (2 boys of 10 years old) to have something to do and keep them occupied, but unfortunately we couldnt use the pool because its not heated and the horses could not be visited by the children alone. We signed the children up for a horse riding leason which they actually enjoyed more than expected, but when arranging this (on the first day of arrival) there was no earlier place available than on the last evening of our stay.
Besides this i missed abit of warmed in the evening. A terrace heater would have defenitely made or stay more pleasant and inviting to sit outside while enjoying the sunset, or if the pool would have been heated it would have been perfect. Or an outside fireplace (but maybe because of fire risk this is not an option).
We have been abit cold for the first 2 days. After that we started to use the electrical heating inside the house, worked well, but I believe its not very charming.
Also a 2 person blanket instead of 2 single blankets would be more pleasant for the 2 person bed i would say.
Also some information about activities to do in the area would be appreciated but was not available in the house itself, off course we all have google, but I would say a small overview or a top 5 or 10 of the owner would probaly help guests to enjoy the area more.
I hope this all doesnt sound too negative. I would say overall we have enjoyed our stay. The outside barbeque was great and i have really enoyed using it. Also I might go back here sometime and also would recommend the place to friends/family but than for spring or summertime.

The surroundings are absolutely stunning! Beautiful view exactly as in the pictures, and beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Also there is enough to explore in the vicinity.

Wij hebben een geweldig fijne week gehad in één van de huisjes van Rob en Katti! Er ontbrak ons aan niets, echt alles was voorhanden. Wat een rust! Iedere ochtend in de zon ontbijten voor het huisje, en dat in november. Wat konden we ver kijken helemaal tot de zee. Een slingerweggetje tot het huisje. In een kleine 10 minuten aan zee. Verschillende witte dorpen in de buurt hebben wij bezocht en natuurlijk Alhambra, prachtig. Maar we vonden het ook fijn om lekker bij het huisje van de rust te genieten. Rob en Katti zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en hebben goede tips wat je kunt doen of waar je lekker kunt eten. Je kunt ook paardrijden met Katti. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd, het was wel fijn want je zit midden in de natuur

Schitterend wat een uitzicht

Alles wat je je maar bedenken is aanwezig en erg schoon. Rondom het huisje ook voor elk wat wils.
